OAS, a very present past

A film by Djamel Zaoui (52', 2008)

Synopsis

On March 15, 1962 in Algiers, six members of the Educational Social Centers succumb to the bullets of the OAS (Secret Army Organisation) killers. More than forty years later, a revisionist movement is trying to make these murderers heroes of the war in French Algeria. The victims' children come back to the experience of educational social centers, the only crime of which was to rescue a disarmed population.
